Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Kilmurry Lodge was outstanding. The room was perfect, very clean, warm, and comfortable. The service from the staff and management was amazing, and they were attentive to all details. However, the room was a bit hot with only one plug, and there was a slight smell in the back area, though quieter away from road noise.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room I stayed in was situated at the back, away from any noise, and it was just perfect. I even got upgraded to an executive suite, which was outstanding - warm, comfortable, and incredibly clean. Plus, my requests for water and extra pillows were all sorted before I even had to ask. The restaurant served delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the staff and management were so attentive and caring. However, the air conditioning wasn't the best - the wind made some noise through it, and the room could get a bit warm without a proper cooling system.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was upgraded to an executive suite, which was perfect – super clean, warm, and comfortable. The bar and restaurant had an awesome, friendly atmosphere and the decor was fantastic and clean.
The hotel offered a nice, quiet stay with clean and tidy rooms in an awesome location. However, the rooms were basic and in need of an upgrade. The service was very friendly and accommodating, making it an ideal base for various trips. The location was excellent, with easy access to the motorway and nearby attractions, although early check-in requests were a bit frustrating. The dining experience was pleasant, featuring a variety of food options. Overall, a comfortable and convenient option with some room for improvement.
The hotel is perfectly located just on the outskirts of Limerick city, with friendly and polite staff. The rooms are very well ventilated, clean, and feature comfortable beds, though some noise from a nearby party was a downside. The dining experience was satisfying, especially in the nice bar. Service was prompt, welcoming, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel offers spacious and well-kept rooms, though a bit warm due to limited ventilation, with friendly and attentive service. Its location is convenient for exploring the west coast attractions, but noise levels vary. The dining experience is rich and varied, contributing to a pleasant stay overall.
I must say, my recent stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfy but certainly not as modern as depicted online. The staff provided exceptional service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, though the lack of air-conditioning was a bit of a letdown. The location was lovely and convenient for my travels, but overall, I felt the experience was slightly overrated compared to the website.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although spacious, lacked any personal touch and had a disappointing view. On the bright side, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite which was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, especially accommodating my hearing issue, but the location seemed a bit dated despite its convenience. The dining options were varied and catered well to dietary needs. Overall, a good stay with a few drawbacks.
